Gartner’s annual market research report uses proprietary, qualitative data analysis to evaluate different ITSM vendors for their completeness of vision and ability to execute. Visionaries are recognized for their innovative approach to addressing infrastructure and operational challenges like streamlining operational efficiencies, creating more agile ITSM processes, and offering a differentiated product strategy for meeting their customers’ needs.

The report also acknowledges Atlassian for its ongoing investment in ITOM capabilities and low-code workflows, as well as recent acquisitions to expand the functionality of Jira Service Management, including Halp, Chartio, ThinkTilt, and Mindville.
