We are counting down the days to our favorite event of the year—Atlassian Team 23! This year’s celebration of all things Atlassian is going down April 18 – 20 at the Venetian Convention and Expo Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Here’s what you need to know, and what we’re looking forward to most!
1. The keynotes (and every other last bit of content) are gonna be crazy!
Atlassian co-CEOs, Scott Farquhar and Mike Cannon-Brookes will be headlining the conference with their keynote, as usual. This year, it’s called Charting a New Era of Teamwork and in it, they’ll cover how Atlassian can help your team tackle seemingly impossible challenges. And while we don’t have any inside knowledge, we can say that in the past, they have been known to make some pretty darn exciting announcements!
As for the rest of the event, you can expect additional keynotes, including one on how to put an end to Bad Service Management, theater sessions, breakout sessions, in-person training, lots of networking, and a couple of awesome parties.
It’s bound to be informative, hilarious, uproarious—and an altogether really good time!
2. What happens in Vegas goes absolutely everywhere!
We’re not gonna lie, the in-person event is where the action happens, and we wouldn’t miss it for anything. But if your last trip to Vegas got a little out of hand and you’re not ready for a redo, or if you’re taking one for the team by covering things at the office while your coworkers can attend in person, digital content passes are FREE! With a digital content pass, you can livestream the keynotes and watch some of the breakout sessions on demand.
3. The tickets are the hottest thing since the T. Swift vs. Ticketmaster meltdown!
At Isos, we’ve already scored our passes, and you’re going to want to get yours soon, too. Right now, Atlassian is offering a rate on in-person passes for only $900, but we don’t know how long that will be available. That’s a huge savings over the $1,800 standard rate (which is still worth every penny!) Atlassian is also offering special pricing for teams, so grab your work buddies and get ready for a group hang.
4. Choosing a track will be the hardest decision you make all year.
If we could clone ourselves and go to ALL the sessions we would, but some tough decisions are in order. Atlassian is offering four session tracks—Agile & DevOps, ITSM, Work Management, and Team & Culture. If you’re torn between two sessions, keep in mind that your in-person pass comes with digital access, so if you miss a live session, you might be able to watch it on demand once you get back to the office.
Oh–and here’s another great way to make sure you don’t miss out—you can tune into our Team ‘23 Recap webinar after the event, where we cover all the big announcements and most interesting sessions. Hosted by our very own CEO, Thad West, and joined by several Atlassian experts from the Isos team, the webinar will take place Wednesday, May 10th at 10AM PT. Register today!
5. Get ready for Isos’ 15 minutes of fame—we’re presenting several sessions!
We are so darn excited to be a Platinum sponsor of the event this year—and even more exciting, we’re teaming up with Atlassian and a couple of our awesome clients to present! We hope you’ll join us for our sessions:
- How GoDaddy adopted new ways of working in the Atlassian cloud
In this session, Ben Center from Atlassian and Alex Johnson from GoDaddy join our own Ian Cooperman to share how Isos helped them migrate their 13,000 Atlassian users from Data Center to a federated Cloud environment–and delivered long-term value and cost savings in the process!
- How Crocs implemented ITSM best practices to accelerate teamwork & growth
In this session, Kevin Rigard from Crocs and Nick Sommerfeld from Isos share how Isos helped to tackle unwieldy growth in Atlassian tools, providing training to promote tool understanding and adoption, and cleaning up JSW and JSM to support collaboration between Crocs’ e-commerce product and project teams.
- 5 stand-out differences between Jira Align and Advanced Roadmaps
- Enabling effective change management in Jira Service Management for your organization
We’ll also be participating in the Expo, so if you’re attending the event in person, we hope you’ll swing by booth #37 and say hey!
