Keep it Real

Every company raves about its company culture, but Isos Technology truly embodies it. From my first day with Isos, I knew I was more than just an "employee".

Although we have many values as a company, the one that stands out to me the most is "Keep It Real". There are not many companies that truly live by their values, but Isos definitely does. As I have watched us grow immensely in the two short years I have been here, every decision made has been for the best.

Along the crazy journey of entering the pandemic, which left many of us scared for the future, especially because we were hearing about all these giant companies doing massive layoffs and cutbacks, our CEO kept us in the loop and was very transparent about all that was being done to ensure we pulled through such uncertain times.

During our company meetings, we are always informed of how the company is doing financially. This creates such an open dynamic, while giving all of us peace of mind. We know that our CEO truly has our best interests at heart, and will do whatever it takes to make sure we as employees and our families are secure.

Working at Isos has really been an eye-opening experience for me: it has given me the flexibility I need as a young mother of two, and I’m able to truly put my family first. The values we embrace here at Isos really give you the tools to be your best self and to put yourself in the driver’s seat.

Even with all of the growth Isos has experienced in this last year, we haven’t diluted our company culture. We continue to hire the right people who truly embody what Isos is all about. We hire for culture, and it shows in each and every person that becomes a part of the Isos family. I can’t wait to see what the new year has in store for us!
