They created a centralized service portal for raising IT and human resources-related requests, designed detailed intake forms, and implemented automation to route tickets to the appropriate team. Isos Technology also implemented JSM's asset and configuration management, SLA, and CSAT functionality, and brought all documentation into Confluence.
