We apologize in advance for our excessive use of exclamation points in this blog post, but we just can’t help ourselves. Team '23 was everything we anticipated and so much more! This year, there were so many amazing product updates, announcements, and (ahem) awards that it was hard to keep up! If you weren’t able to attend, or even if you were, be sure to watch as many sessions on-demand as you can.
So, in no particular order, because there’s just no ranking this much awesomeness, here are all the biggest announcements from Team '23.
The biggest news to come out of Team 23 was the introduction of Atlassian Intelligence, an AI-powered virtual teammate that works across multiple Atlassian Cloud products. Atlassian Intelligence uses generative AI and large language models to speed and simplify both service- and project-based work. It can do things like summarize decision and action items from meetings, answer questions that you’d usually go to the service desk for, and build a dictionary of internal acronyms and terms.
Those are just a few examples, and you can bet we will be digging into this more in the coming weeks, so stay tuned!

The Atlassian Partner of the Year awards program recognizes the partners who have made significant contributions to the Atlassian ecosystem, helping customers achieve their goals and drive their businesses forward. We are thrilled to have been named Atlassian Partner of the Year 2022: ITSM for the fourth time and to have our efforts to end Bad Service Management recognized!

Atlassian Analytics is a solution that lets you visualize data across Atlassian products, and connects to Atlassian Data Lake, the queryable database where your Atlassian Cloud data lives. Using an SQL interface, you can query the database and see visual results like pie and bar charts, so you can get a better understanding of your business. You can even connect it to some non-Atlassian data sources, like Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL and more.
Atlassian Analytics is officially in general availability and is included with Jira Software, JIra Service Management, and Confluence Cloud Enterprise.

At Isos, we’ve implemented Tempo’s Timesheets for Jira and other solutions countless times for clients, but it’s our own use of the tool that really has us sold on it. Our service delivery teams have dozens of team members, each working with multiple clients, on several different projects at a time, at varying rates, depending on role, and that’s the kind of complexity Tempo can handle! When the company put out the call for case studies, we were happy to tell our story, and we’re even happier to have been recognized with the Best Customer Success Story award at the Tempo Partner Awards 2023, which they announced at Team 23!
