Isos Technology and Isos Federal Become Official DoD SkillBridge Partners

Isos Technology and Isos Federal are proud to announce that we have been officially approved as partners in the U.S. Department of Defense SkillBridge program.

Through this partnership, we will provide structured, hands-on professional experience to transitioning active duty service members during their final months of military service. Participants will work alongside experienced Isos consultants supporting enterprise modernization initiatives across both commercial and federal environments.

Creating Meaningful Career Pathways

SkillBridge participants at Isos will contribute to real client engagements in areas such as:

• Workflow orchestration
• IT service management
• Enterprise digital transformation

Participants will receive structured mentorship, practical experience, and exposure to complex, mission-critical technology environments. The goal is simple: help service members translate their leadership, discipline, and operational experience into successful civilian careers in consulting and technology.

They will work with modern platforms, including Atlassian solutions such as Jira and Confluence, while building the professional skills necessary for long-term career growth.
