To select the recipients for the Best Places to Work award, The Phoenix Business Journal works in tandem with Quantum Workplace to identify organizations in the Phoenix metro area with the greatest levels of employee satisfaction. This is achieved through Quantum's proprietary ranking system based on employee surveys. The surveys gather information from employee responses to questions about range of topics, from benefits offered to workplace culture to opportunities for job growth.
