For more than a decade, Shannon has worked with organizations to establish cohesive product, positioning, and technical solution-selling strategies in the Agile and DevSecOps markets. She has specific expertise in Lean/Agile practices, scaling lean portfolio management, and cloud-native development, spending most of her tech career focused on SaaS products. Before joining Tempo, Shannon was the strategic Chief of Staff to the CEO at Digital.ai, where she managed a multitude of critical initiatives focused on the merging of five acquisitions. Earlier in her career, she reversed Rally Software’s declining growth trajectory to bring them to $100M ARR while at CA Technologies and established a product strategy that is still in place today. Before taking on responsibility for Rally’s portfolio of products and new product development, she built the APJ sales approach and consulting practice while based in Singapore and led internal transformations for Fortune 500 organizations as a consultant. After Broadcom acquired CA, Shannon took a break from Product to build the sales engineering team for GitLab’s West Enterprise segment. The art and craft of Product Strategy, coupled with neuroscience and psychology, continue to be her passion.

Dan brings over twenty years of technical leadership and business analysis experience to every client engagement. He is extremely knowledgeable in the native workings of the Atlassian Tools as well as the more complex add-ons, such as Automation for Jira and eazyBI. When not shepherding clients on their Atlassian journey, Dan can be found spending time with his family, cycling, or enjoying a hockey game. Mix works with developers, customer success, QA and cloud infrastructure teams to extend Atlassian’s Jira capabilities, with a breadth of expertise in creating custom workflows and automation and integrating Atlassian’s tools with CRM and CICD tools. Before working with Atlassian, Mix spent nearly eight years with Deloitte Consulting, working with the Atlassian suite of products, as well as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Salesforce applications. Mix is an Atlassian Certified Professional - Jira Administration and Confluence Administration.
