Isos Technology Expands Its Executive Team in Finance and People Ops

Isos Technology is thrilled to announce the promotion of Kelly Kline to Vice President of Finance, and the addition of Becky Montgomery as Vice President of People Ops. In Kelly's new role, his responsibility is to determine Isos Technology's financial strategy for dealing with current market conditions, achieving future goals, and scaling for rapid growth. Having a predictable and ever-evolving financial plan is imperative to the company's success.

Kelly has over 13 years of experience in accounting leadership roles at private-equity and venture-backed SaaS firms in the Phoenix area. Kelly has a BS in Economics from Arizona State University, an MBA in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, and is CPA registered.

As the VP of People Ops, Becky is a strategic leader and internal consultant within the company. She provides thought leadership in areas such as organizational design, change management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, inclusion, and ensuring meaningful learning and development opportunities for employees throughout their career journey with Isos.

Becky's professional journey includes several fast-growing professional services companies. She has an MBA from Arizona State University and several human resources and assessment certifications.
