Twenty Years of Isos: A Celebration of Our Journey

This June marks twenty years since Danny, Sonny, and I founded Isos Technology—and I’ll be honest, it’s a bit surreal. Back in 2005, we were three guys with a shared vision and a lot of optimism when we started out as an enterprise Java development shop. We believed in what we were building, but none of us could have imagined just how far this company would go or how deeply it would come to mean to so many people. What started in a room with whiteboards and laptops has grown into a nationwide consulting powerhouse helping businesses transform through Atlassian solutions.

A major turning point in our story came in 2014, when we achieved our goal of becoming an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner. That choice transformed the trajectory of our business. We pivoted entirely to focus on the Atlassian ecosystem, and in doing so, we discovered a space where our passion for solving complex problems and building high-performing teams could truly shine. Since then, we’ve been fortunate to work with innovative organizations across industries—from high-tech companies and universities to federal agencies and financial firms. Each partnership is a new opportunity to bring clarity to complexity and deliver real, measurable impact.

One thing is for certain, the journey has been exciting with all of the unexpected twists and curves. There have been exhilarating highs and plenty of tough moments along the way—uncertain markets, fast-moving technology shifts, and the usual growing pains that come with building something that lasts. Through it all, what has kept us going isn’t just resilience—it’s the people. The grit, intelligence, and commitment of our employees have carried Isos through thick and thin. Their dedication to doing the right thing for our clients and each other is what makes this company not just successful, but special.

Looking back, it’s hard not to feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude. To every client who’s trusted us with their business challenges, to every team member who’s brought their full self to the table, and to our partners who have championed us—we thank you. This milestone is yours as much as it is ours.

And while anniversaries are a time to reflect, they’re also a chance to look forward. The future of Isos is brighter than ever. We’re expanding our capabilities, growing our team, and continuing to evolve alongside the organizations we serve. The next chapter promises new challenges, but if the last twenty years have taught us anything, it’s that we’re more than ready.
