agile-alliance 2Isos Technology's Agile Services practice is growing! We're excited to announce the addition of Danielle Paula as our newest Principal Agilist. She joins the organization to expand our work helping clients get the most out of their investment in people, practices, and technology.

About Danielle

Danielle found her calling when she stumbled upon agile, and has spent the last nine years leading and supporting agile transformations within various government agencies, listening to pain points and identifying how to adapt within rapidly changing environments. She uses her expertise in enterprise agility, and a holistic view of the people, practices, and supporting technology involved in her projects, to identify areas of improvement and help organizations strategize and reach their desired goals.

Originally from Massachusetts, Danielle lived in the Washington, DC Area for many years and serves on the AgileDC Conference Board. She attended Merrimack College in North Andover, MA, for her undergraduate degree and Eastern New Mexico University for her M.B.A. She now lives in West Virginia, just outside the beltway, where she spends her free time in nature with her family and friends.
