While there’s never an ideal time to step away from a place you’ve poured so much of your heart and soul into, this moment feels right. Over the last year, we’ve accomplished much of what I set out to do as VP of Strategic Initiatives. We’ve expanded the missions we support in the Federal Practice, both within the Air Force where we’ve been supporting Defensive Cyber over the last 5 years and have landed in new branches of the DoD supporting the US Army and Navy. We are proud of the work we’ve done and very optimistic about the future.
As Atlassian takes important steps to bring their products to FedRAMP Cloud, we’re right there with them, helping the first ever FedRAMP customer experience the benefits of life in the cloud. Our team has already begun building offerings and roadmaps to help other Federal Agencies experience these benefits upon ATO achievement next year. We’ve also expanded our Agile practice to encompass new offerings that support modern business like our Master Practitioner, while we’ve integrated Organizational Change Management into everything we deliver for our customers.
I’m stepping back to give myself the space I need to explore new paths. For now, my top focus is ensuring a smooth handover and continuing the momentum we’ve built. I will always be grateful for the opportunity to build and work alongside this remarkable team. While I won’t still be working day to day alongside you, I’ll still be here cheering for you and celebrating your accomplishments.
With much gratitude for all that we’ve dreamt, built and accomplished for our customers and each other,
Megan Hoelle
VP of Strategic Initiatives
