Isos Technology Named Atlassian Partner of the Year 2022: ITSM Solutions
We are thrilled to have once again been recognized as Atlassian Partner of the Year 2022: ITSM Solutions. It’s our third year running–we also received the award for 2021 and 2020–and it means so much to us to have our commitment to making Atlassian solutions work for you recognized in this way. We were also named a runner up in the Cloud category, while Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner and recent Isos acquisition, HyperVelocity, was a runner up in the Work Management category. Isos Wins Best Customer Success Story at the Tempo Partner Awards 2023
At Isos, we’ve implemented Tempo’s Timesheets for Jira and other solutions countless times for clients, but it’s our own use of the tool that really has us sold on it. When the company put out the call for case studies, we were happy to tell our story, and we’re even happier to have been recognized with the Best Customer Success Story award at the Tempo Partner Awards 2023, which they announced at Team 23!

Atlassian Introduces Atlassian Intelligence
The biggest news to come out of Team 23 was the introduction of Atlassian Intelligence, an AI-powered virtual teammate that works across multiple Atlassian Cloud products. Atlassian Intelligence uses generative AI and large language models to speed and simplify both service- and project-based work. It can do things like summarize decision and action items from meetings, answer questions that you’d usually go to the service desk for, and build a dictionary of internal acronyms and terms. Atlassian Announces the General Availability of Atlassian Analytics
Atlassian Analytics is now officially in general availability and is included with Jira Software, JIra Service Management, and Confluence Cloud Enterprise. With this you can explore all the data in your Atlassian solutions set and visualize it to gain deep insights into your business. You can even query data across products and instances or blend it with data from other sources, without having to export it into a third party business intelligence tool or use a Marketplace app. Read the full announcement.
Atlassian Announces New Features and Functionality for Confluence
Confluence just got even better with some powerful new features, including digital whiteboards for brainstorming that can be converted into Jira issues and Confluence pages; structured, dynamic tables called databases that dynamically update wherever they are referenced; and external collaboration capability, so you can add guests to Confluence pages and share view-only pages. Atlassian Announces the General Availability of Jira Product Discovery
The general availability of Jira Product Discovery is finally here, and we couldn’t be more excited! Atlassian’s latest solution is a dedicated space where product teams can capture, prioritize, and collaborate with key stakeholders around new product ideas. By using it, teams can identify the products and features that add the most value and have the greatest impact on their customers.
