As a 21 year veteran of the United States Air Force, and a 16 year Air Force brat prior to that, Michael Sedovic brings a unique perspective to the Isos family. Frequent moves as a child taught him adaptability and exposed him to numerous communities across the U.S. and Germany. As an aircraft mechanic on the C-17 Globemaster III, that exposure continued around the world culminating in 4 year assignments to Hungary and the German/Dutch/Belgian border region where he worked with partners from 17 different countries. It is these experiences that have taught him clear communication is key to any successful endeavor. Beyond asking the simple "do you understand", it is important that the receiver of the message explains their understanding. (Feel free to ask him about the stories that led to that understanding.) As a trained technical instructor with specialized training in course development, he has written numerous technical documents and developed several training programs. Leadership qualities abound from his years of formal and informal mentorship and those along with his technical skills led him from the US military to leading a diverse team in a large retail companies tech division. That team introuced him to numerous development tools, platforms and technologies and is where he found a passion for the Atlassian ecosystem and all the ways he could engage with it, including migrations, training, integrations, exposing it and the using teams full potential. As a managed service lead he is able to take his passion, merge it with his skills and assist Isos Technology and our customers in reaching their full potential.
