The Problem:

The hotel company's Atlassian Data Center stack consisted of Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr Scale for managing thousands of hotel properties. They faced challenges due to disparate projects and workflows. Seeking to transition to the Cloud, they encountered complexities in migrating their large volume of Jira data, particularly with their Zephyr data, which required specialized expertise and custom scripting.

The Solution: 

The large hotel company partnered with Isos Technology to tackle this challenging transformation, leveraging Isos's expertise to implement new, standardized project templates and migrate a million Jira issues and Zephyr data to a Cloud instance. The actual cutover was done in four phases, with approximately 250,000 issues migrated in each phase. Isos successfully delivered a completed solution on time, enabling the hotel company to begin working in their new Atlassian Cloud instance.
