From Barley to Beer: Brewing the Perfect Service Desk

This month, we will press forth in our quest to spread our ITSM knowledge and expertise across the U.S.! We've teamed up with Atlassian to bring a special series of events called From Barley to Beer: Brewing the Perfect Service Desk to cities across the nation. We've been fortunate enough to line up guest speakers from Atlassian, as well as several customers who want to share their tips and tricks for creating a perfect service desk solution. During the event, you'll find out how your teams can combine strong ITSM frameworks like ITIL, and discover Atlassian's approach to ITSM.

Last month, we hosted this event in San Diego at Karl Strauss Brewing Company and it was a big success! This month, we'll be in Scottsdale, AZ at Two Brothers Tap House & Brewery. If you're in town, be sure to stop by on March 30th at 5:30 PM. Hope to see you there!

Time for Some (Pre) Spring Cleaning

Every year, it seems like March arrives more quickly than it did the year before.  We're already well into the glorious month that gives us March Madness, St. Patrick's Day, and--if we're lucky--a break from cold weather.

Our goals for March at Isos are probably fairly similar to those at your workplace: Provide excellent customer service, get or stay organized, focus on short- and long-term goals, and maintain good communication with other associates and departments. Here at Isos, we've discovered the "golden ticket" for achieving those goals, which comes in the form of the Atlassian toolset! Jira and Confluence have been lifesavers for our company. The custom workflows, collaborative editing, and document management that these products offer has been nothing short of a miracle.

If you're already an Atlassian veteran, then you know what I say is true...that the Atlassian toolset will change your life, your job and your company! And if you're an Atlassian newbie and are interested in learning more about these products, please don't hesitate to contact me. I hope to hear from you soon!
